The "Fortunella" has the pleasant comfort and warm atmosphere of a family run hotel. This new Hotel opened from March to October is located at only 150 m (0.093 mi) from the beach and 200 meters from the town center of Lido di Camaiore, a short walk from shops with famous names, and the beautiful, sandy beach sloping gently into the sea. Hotel Fortunella offers an abundance of those most naturally relaxing elements: bright, warming sunlight and gently invigorating fresh sea air. Their uplifting effect is almost magical. You can actually feel the stresses and strains of everyday life lifting off you as soon as you arrive.
The Hotel creates an atmosphere (through high quality hospitality) of total relaxation that encourages you to enjoy yourself to the full; has been made and opened in June 1997, after a careful renovation, even more attractive by the use of the most up-to-date technology.

Today it’s a very refined Hotel made up of 25 rooms with a fine view over the beach or the Apuan Alps; not far from Tennis courts, and in the wide Versiliana Park the facilities to practise riding. Just 10 Km (6.21 mi - 10 mins drive) away from the Versilia Golf Club (www.versiliagolf.com): an extremely picturesque 18-hole course.

The interior decorations have been personally chosen by the owners. In the public rooms our guests feel at ease amongst the delicate colours, stained glass and the warm, diffused light.  For guests who do not desire to go to the beach, they have the choise to stay in private or read in an atmosphere of total relaxation in the garden or on the roof-garden. Everywhere a great profusion of plants and flowers.

In the garden of this area, the guests can find a peaceful atmosphere but with all the modern comforts.  The Hotel Fortunella's restaurant, has a genuine menu of national cusine and is therefore the ideal place for people who want good eating in a warm, discreet setting with impeccable courses, prepared and served to perfection.

Here you can enjoy the best of regional dishes prepared by the chef: owner of the Hotel, and choose from a wine list. An attentive and genuine cousin based on a traditional Italian gastronomy and international gourmet. Special dishes changing with the seasons. In the morning the restaurant offers a rich and delicious breakfast buffet with sliced ham, breads, cookies, cheese, fresh croissants, jam, yoghurt and cereals, juice, coffee, tea and other things necessary to have a good start for the day, with particular attention to the home made cakes. The Hotel - moderately air conditioned - has a parking where you can leave your car and forget about driving, and thus escape from the pace of modern life for a while. You can hire (for 5,00 euros fist use) one of our bikes instead, and rediscover a more human way of getting around.

The Hotel has 25 bedrooms which provide our guests with maximum comfort to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay. The rooms are light and airy, and superbly decorated and furnished to exceptionally high standards. You will find your bedroom generously proportioned, individually and tastefully furnished, with bathroom with a shower compartment with top-quality soaps, shampoos and shower gels, hairdryer, telephone (direct dial), safe, satellite TV and air conditioning / central heating which is with an automatic regulate system. Most of all rooms have a balcony with an unforgettable and breathtaking views over the sea and the beach with the exclusive seaside facilities of Lido di Camaiore (very prestigious area) to the hills beyond (the Apuan Alps) and the marble-rich.

The Hotel is available to service high-speed Internet connection using wireless technology Wi-Fi. This allows guests to step on business may, with your laptop, connect to the Internet safely.
